This month's focus is on becoming more active in your body, mind and socially. Being outdoors to get more natural light is great for your whole wellness and getting involved in a new activity or volunteering will lift your spirits after the winter months.

Walk for a simple way to feel better and get fitter - Walking is a low impact exercise, it's easy, even if you're not feeling your best. In fact, walking could help you feel more confident about taking those first steps to leading a healthy, active lifestyle.
